It is interesting that I live around the best restaurants at the city, but my favorite is to eat at the river in a wooden kind of restaurant called "Puerto Amor" (or "Love Port" in English). The place is located at the fishermen neightborhood "Las Flores", at north of the "Via 40".

The wind of the river may blow your napkins but the food it is always fresh and marvellous and not expensive. Every dish on the menu is a recommended, but you can also buy your fish at the fish market in front of it, and your plantains in a small shop. My father was a maniac so he always did, but there is no need whatsoever. I always choose red snapper with coconut rice and fried plantain. If you want licor, better if your bring it with you. You can enjoy an hammock after eating while admire the view of the Magdalena River.
